Mission statement

Tyler Rayburn is a Fine art photographer. His work revolves around the ideas of shedding light into the darkness, and finding hope in any circumstance.

Tyler was born and is currently living in Saint Paul, Minnesota. His photography journey started in late 2012 as a way to document his explorations. Around that same time, he took a photography class that his high school offered and became more interested in the craft. Tyler continued to pursue photography on his own time, experimenting in Photoshop and taking self-portraits. In 2014, He started his own 52-week project creating a fine art photo each week for the entire year in order to push his ideas and learn more about photography. He exceeded the 52-week project by the end of 2014 and was looking for a new challenge. In April of 2015 Tyler started his own 365-project creating a fine art photo every day for an entire year in order to launch into a full-time photography career and focus on further improving his art.

Tyler is currently working on client projects, teaching photography, and building an artistic community. Tyler Rayburn is the founder of a collaborative group know as the ‘Minnesota artist community’, an outlet where artists can Inspire, motivate, and create together. Tyler hosted his first photography workshop In October 2015 and he plans for teaching more in 2016 while continuing to mentor students individually.
